【啤酒牛肉】

周末来了几个朋友,做了这个啤酒牛肉,一致要求要方子。
用料:
1:牛肉1050克(这次买的是Stew beef);
2:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱2根洗净切段,姜1小块10克去皮切片;
3:西红柿1个110克,切小块;
4:啤酒1瓶375毫升,,万字牌生抽酱油2大匙,老抽酱油1.5大匙,糖2大匙,盐1/2茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、牛肉放冷水里泡半小时洗净沥水。不粘锅,放1.5大匙橄榄油,置炉上开大火,炒香葱姜,下牛肉炒至焦香,放入西红柿块翻炒几下后(图1),依次倒入4料离火。
2、将牛肉及汤汁倒入电压力锅的内胆里,盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【手动】档45分钟,启动程序
3、电压力锅完成程序后,冷却15分钟,放气减压打开盖子(图2)。捞出煮好的牛肉保温。将汁水倒入原不粘锅里,开大中火收汁到三分之一的量(图3)。将牛肉倒入锅里拌均匀,即可盛出上桌了。
