这款家常豆腐简单容易做,而且好吃下饭。

用料:
1:老豆腐一盒700克;
2:干虾米2大匙,用水泡发后洗净待用;
3:黑木耳一把10克,用水泡发后洗净待用;
4:橄榄油3大匙,姜末1.5茶匙,葱花1大匙;
5:厨酒1茶匙,生抽酱油1.5大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,白胡椒粉1/6茶匙,水1/4杯,盐1/2茶匙;
6:鸡粉1/6茶匙,香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙tbsp =15毫升,1茶匙tsp =5毫升,1杯 cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、老豆腐用水冲洗后沥水,每块切成3等份。不粘锅加2大匙油,置炉上开大火,放入豆腐煎黄。翻转再煎黄另一面(图1),盛出待用。

2、原锅再放1大匙油,放入葱姜末炒香,放入泡好的虾米(图2)炒1分钟,再放入黑木耳翻炒几下(图3)。
3、依次放入调味料5,然后放入煎好的豆腐(图4),煮滚后,盖上盖调中小火煮几分钟。
4、然后调大中火,打开盖收汁,最后淋下香油和鸡粉兜匀出锅。
