【干烧土豆片】

土豆是我小时候最爱的蔬菜之一。现在倒是吃的少了，不过这个干烧土豆片很入味好吃，亲们要试哈。
1：中号土豆5个450克；
2：橄榄油1大匙，葱花1大匙，姜片1茶匙；
3：盐1/4茶匙，糖1/2茶匙， 生抽酱油1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，老抽酱油1.5茶匙，水1/3杯；
4：鸡粉1/6茶匙，镇江香醋1/2茶匙，香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、土豆去皮洗净，对半切开，取其一半再对半切开后切薄片（图1）。
2、不粘锅加1大匙油，置炉上开大火，炒香葱花及姜片（图2），下土豆片翻炒约一分钟（图3）。
3、依次放入调味料3料里的盐、糖和酱油炒匀（图4），加水1/3杯炒至土豆绵软。
4、放入鸡粉和醋，翻炒几下，出锅前放入香油（图5）兜匀出锅
