【干烧土豆片】

土豆是我小时候最爱的蔬菜之一。现在倒是吃的少了,不过这个干烧土豆片很入味好吃,亲们要试哈。
1:中号土豆5个450克;
2:橄榄油1大匙,葱花1大匙,姜片1茶匙;
3:盐1/4茶匙,糖1/2茶匙, 生抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1.5茶匙,水1/3杯;
4:鸡粉1/6茶匙,镇江香醋1/2茶匙,香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、土豆去皮洗净,对半切开,取其一半再对半切开后切薄片(图1)。
2、不粘锅加1大匙油,置炉上开大火,炒香葱花及姜片(图2),下土豆片翻炒约一分钟(图3)。
3、依次放入调味料3料里的盐、糖和酱油炒匀(图4),加水1/3杯炒至土豆绵软。
4、放入鸡粉和醋,翻炒几下,出锅前放入香油(图5)兜匀出锅
