这个干煸扁豆很好吃,很下饭哦。

干煸扁豆2 【干煸扁豆】
用料:
1:扁豆角(flat beans)700克,撕去头尾洗净待用;
2:干虾米2大匙,水泡软沥水备用;
3:榨菜半包35克;
4:橄榄油2大匙,葱花1大匙;
5:盐1/2茶匙,生抽酱油1大匙,糖1茶匙,头抽酱油1大匙,水1/2杯;
6: 鸡粉1/4茶匙,香油1茶匙。

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、扁豆角切寸段,泡软虾干斩小粒(图1),榨菜也切小粒待用(图2)。
2、不粘锅,加橄榄油2大匙,置炉上开大火,炒香葱花和虾米粒(图3),下扁豆角炒2分钟(图4)。

3、依次放入5料,调大中火煮至豆角熟汁浓,放入榨菜丁炒匀(图5),然后放入6料兜匀出锅即可。
