【玉米面发糕】

家里还有不少玉米面,做了这个玉米面发糕,当早餐挺不错。
1:中筋粉1/2杯(80克),玉米面粉(corn flour)1/2杯(67克),白糖3大匙(42克),泡打粉1/2茶匙;
2:酵母3/4茶匙;
3:水1/2杯+3大匙(162克);
4:葡萄干1大匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、将所有1和2料放入盆中拌匀(图1),然后放入3料的水(图2),用勺子搅拌到均匀无颗粒。
2、将面糊放入内壁涂了少许油的玻璃容器里(图3),保湿放在温暖的地方发至2倍大,撒上1大匙葡萄干(图4)。
3、放微波炉叮3-4分钟,每家微波炉功率不同,时间要调整。用牙签插入后拿出是干净的即是熟了。
