【珍珠奶茶】

我们家毛毛喜欢珍珠奶茶,时不时要去城里唐人街的珍珠奶茶店买一杯。上次去华人超市,看到有卖珍珠圆子的,就买了一包回家自己做。
1:珍珠圆子半包100克(最好是黑色的),水6杯;
2:红茶包2个,滚水1杯;
3:牛奶1.5杯,水1.5杯,炼乳3大匙,1/4杯液体鲜奶油(18% table cream),糖3-4大匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、中号锅放入6杯水煮开,然后放入珍珠圆子煮滚(图1),调中小火煮大约1-2小时,至珍珠圆子软硬适中(看你喜欢的软硬程度)。
2、红茶包放杯子里冲入滚水(图2),泡20分钟后弃去茶包不用。
3、将红茶及所有3料倒入中号锅中(图3),置炉上开大火煮滚后离火。
4、将煮好的珍珠圆子倒入奶茶中就可以了,夏天可以放冰箱冰一下后再饮。
