我们家毛毛喜欢珍珠奶茶，时不时要去城里唐人街的珍珠奶茶店买一杯。上次去华人超市，看到有卖珍珠圆子的，就买了一包回家自己做。
1：珍珠圆子半包100克（最好是黑色的），水6杯；
2：红茶包2个，滚水1杯；
3：牛奶1.5杯，水1.5杯，炼乳3大匙，1/4杯液体鲜奶油（18% table cream），糖3-4大匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、中号锅放入6杯水煮开，然后放入珍珠圆子煮滚（图1），调中小火煮大约1-2小时，至珍珠圆子软硬适中（看你喜欢的软硬程度）。
2、红茶包放杯子里冲入滚水（图2），泡20分钟后弃去茶包不用。
3、将红茶及所有3料倒入中号锅中（图3），置炉上开大火煮滚后离火。
4、将煮好的珍珠圆子倒入奶茶中就可以了，夏天可以放冰箱冰一下后再饮。
