【糖醋排骨】

大热天懒得起油锅,用电压力锅煮,方便也好吃。
用料:
1:猪小排750g,温水洗净,斩成块备用;
2:绍酒1大匙,老抽酱油1.5大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,水1大匙,糖3大匙,镇江香出1.5大匙,盐1/2茶匙;
3:葱1根切段,姜切片5片;
4:生粉1茶匙加水1大匙拌匀;
5:1茶匙炒熟的白芝麻。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、大汤锅放半锅水,置炉上开火煮滚,下排骨煮1~2分钟,沥水洗净备用。
2、所有2和3料放入电压力锅内胆里(图2),放入排骨拌匀(图1),盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【手动】档27分钟。
3、电压力锅完成程序后,冷却5-10分钟,放气减压打开盖子。将汁倒入一不粘锅里(图2),大中火收汁到1/3量,调中小火放入4料煮滚。将汁倒入煮好的排骨里拌匀(图3)即可食用了。

如果没有高压锅,3料的水要加1.5杯,然后盖上盖,用小火焖煮1.5小时。
