【糯米蒸排骨】–English Follows

去年回国，在南京一饭店吃到糯米蒸肉，结果毛毛和他爷爷几乎将整碗的糯米蒸肉包圆。今天自己在家做了这个糯米蒸排骨，用 快煲电压力锅来蒸的，真方便！蒸菜的过程中还不会有蒸汽味道漏出。不像用平常的锅蒸，蒸汽到处飘散。
用料:
1：肉厚些肋骨750克洗净沥水（Costco 买的Baby Ribs）；
2：绍酒1大匙，万字牌生抽酱油1大匙，老抽酱油1大匙，生粉1.5大匙，盐1/2茶匙，糖1茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，水1大匙，葱一条切段，姜3-5片；
3：糯米1/2杯；
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、排骨沿缝隙切开，放一塑料袋里，加入所有2料拌匀（图1），封口冰箱腌过夜。
2、第二天上班之前，将糯米洗净用水泡上。下午下班回来，糯米沥水后，将腌好的排骨均匀裹上糯米，放入一浅盘子里（图2）。
3、取出 快煲电压力锅附带的支架，放入内锅里，加水2杯，将盛糯米排骨的盘子放上支架上（图3），加盖选蒸档（Steam），55分钟，启动升序。
4、快煲电压力锅完成程序后，等5分钟，放气减压打开盖，取出蒸好的排骨，就可以上桌了。
