【糯米蒸排骨】–English Follows

去年回国,在南京一饭店吃到糯米蒸肉,结果毛毛和他爷爷几乎将整碗的糯米蒸肉包圆。今天自己在家做了这个糯米蒸排骨,用 快煲电压力锅来蒸的,真方便!蒸菜的过程中还不会有蒸汽味道漏出。不像用平常的锅蒸,蒸汽到处飘散。

糯米蒸排骨2 【糯米蒸排骨】用料:
1:肉厚些肋骨750克洗净沥水(Costco 买的Baby Ribs);
2:绍酒1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,生粉1.5大匙,盐1/2茶匙,糖1茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,水1大匙,葱一条切段,姜3-5片;
3:糯米1/2杯;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、排骨沿缝隙切开,放一塑料袋里,加入所有2料拌匀(图1),封口冰箱腌过夜。
2、第二天上班之前,将糯米洗净用水泡上。下午下班回来,糯米沥水后,将腌好的排骨均匀裹上糯米,放入一浅盘子里(图2)。
3、取出 快煲电压力锅附带的支架,放入内锅里,加水2杯,将盛糯米排骨的盘子放上支架上(图3),加盖选蒸档(Steam),55分钟,启动升序。

4、快煲电压力锅完成程序后,等5分钟,放气减压打开盖,取出蒸好的排骨,就可以上桌了。
