【红油蒜蓉冬瓜条】

夏天来了,多吃点冬瓜。
用料:
1:冬瓜1000克,去皮去籽洗净沥备用。
2:红辣椒油1.5大匙,蒜蓉1.5大匙,盐1茶匙,水1.5大匙。
3:鸡粉1/3茶匙,香油1大匙。
做法:
东瓜先切成1厘米厚片,再切成条(图A)。不沾锅,置炉上开大火,加红辣椒油1.5大匙,放入蒜蓉(图B)炒香,然后下冬瓜条翻炒几下(图C),接着放入盐和水炒匀,调大中火盖盖(图D)焖煮几分钟,至东瓜条软身。
打开锅盖,收汁后放入鸡粉和香油兜匀即可。
