【红糟蹄膀】

这个新款推出的压力锅,Instant Pot® IP-LUX60 6-in-1 有Sauté的功能，用起来非常方便，可以用来煎炒，用起来非常方便，肉压好后，还可以用这个功能直接收汁，不用换锅。我那个去年旧款的锅只用来煮粥，煮豆浆，甜汤。这个新款的锅用来烧菜，不用打架了。
用料:
1：去骨蹄膀2包1250克，切块洗净备用；
2：橄榄油1.5大匙，葱2条洗净切段，姜3-4片，福建红糟1.5大匙；
3：万字牌生抽酱油2大匙，老抽酱油1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，糖1大匙，
4：盐1/3茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、蹄膀肉开水里烫1-2分钟沥水洗净备用。电压力锅内胆里，放1.5大匙油，选【Sauté】高档，放入2料里的葱，姜和红糟炒香（图1），然后放入蹄膀翻炒几分钟（图2）。
2、依次放入3料（图3），盖上盖子，排气阀放置密封位置，选【手动】档28分钟。程序完成后冷5分钟，放气打开盖子。
3、再选【Sauté】高档，收汁即可（图4）。
