【腊肠土豆饭】

这次在华人超市买了很好的瘦香肠,拿来做了这个腊肠土豆饭,简单易做又美味,毛毛吃了一大碗。
1:瘦香肠2根;
2:Costco买的黄色小土豆5个(400克),去皮洗净;
3:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱花1.5大匙,姜3-4片;
4:大米2杯,盐1.25茶匙,水3杯,黑胡椒粉1/6茶匙,鸡粉 1/4茶匙;
5:葱花1大匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、瘦香肠(图1)切薄片,土豆切成小丁(图2)待用,大米洗好沥水。
2、新款电压力锅内胆里,放1.5大匙油,按【煎炒Sauté】键,选高温档。放入3料里的葱花和姜片炒香(图3),然后加入香肠炒至变色出香味(图4),再放入土豆丁翻炒几下(图5)。
4、【煮饭】程序完成,等5分钟,再放气打开盖子,放入1大匙葱花就可以了。
請問毛毛媽有用Instant pot 煮過泰國糯米嗎?不是裹著肉,是像米飯一樣直接煮。水量和米的比例是和普通泰國香米一樣嗎?
用Rice 還是Manual setting?和幾分鐘?
