【腊肠炒芦笋】

芦笋我喜欢买粗且嫩的，用根腊肠来炒，味道好的很。
用料:
1：芦笋一捆450克，白油肠一条；
2：橄榄油1.5大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙；
3：盐1/2茶匙，白胡椒1/6茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、芦笋用刨刀削去外皮，滚刀切寸段备用（图1）。白油肠切薄片（图2）待用。
2、不粘锅，加1.5大匙油，置炉上开大中火，炒香2料里的葱花及蒜蓉，放腊肠片（图3），翻炒至变色（图3）。
3、然后下芦笋段，翻炒半分钟，依次放入3料（图4），炒至芦笋断生出锅。
