【蒜蓉胜瓜】

这次十月回国吃到想念已久的丝瓜,回来讲给LD听,让他大大地羡慕了一下。这边的华人超市有种叫胜瓜的东西,外皮深绿色带棱,去掉皮后,炒好了也不弱于丝瓜呢。
用料:
1:胜瓜一条310克;
2:橄榄油1.5大匙,新鲜蒜蓉1大匙,盐1/3茶匙,水4大匙,;
3:生粉1/3茶匙加水2茶匙拌匀,鸡粉1/6茶匙,泡好的枸杞10里。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、胜瓜削去皮洗净滚刀切块(图1)待用。
2、不粘锅,加1.5大匙油,置炉上开大火,炒香蒜蓉(图2),下胜瓜块翻炒几下(图3)。
3、依次加入剩余2料兜匀(图4),炒至瓜块软身。然后淋下3料,兜匀出锅。放几粒枸杞入菜,不仅美观,还有有补肾、滋阴、养肝、明目、益气等功效,何乐而不为。
