【蓝莓松饼】

这次买的蓝莓很新鲜,做这个松饼,很美味的早餐。
用料:
1:低筋粉(Cake & Pastry flour)1又1/3杯(190克),泡打粉1又3/4茶匙,白糖3大匙(42克);
2:鸡蛋1只,液体鲜奶油(whipping cream)3大匙加水稀释到一杯(共240克),黄油(Butter)2.5大匙(37克)微波熔化;
3:新鲜蓝莓1/3杯,洗净沥水待用;
其他:
4:玉米油1大匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。以上材料做8个12厘米直径的松饼。
做法:
1、将1料放到盆里用搅拌器充分拌匀(或过筛也行)待用(图1)。另取一盆,放入鸡蛋,用电动搅拌器高速打半分钟(图2)。
2、接着加2料里稀释的奶油和黄油打匀(图3)。然后将蛋奶液到入盛面粉的盆里(图4),用搅拌器低速打匀(1分钟)成面糊。然后拌入3料蓝莓(图5)
3、小号不粘锅置炉上开中火,可用软纸巾沾少量油,涂下锅的里面,等锅热放入4大匙松饼面糊,等大约1分钟煎黄,小心用锅铲翻转,煎黄另一面即可(大约30-45秒)。浇上枫糖浆即可食用。
