【豆腐泡塞肉】

相信大家小时候常吃的一道菜就有豆腐泡塞肉,那时餐桌不丰盛,下饭的菜肴很受欢迎。豆腐泡本身没味道,但里面塞了猪肉馅,豆腐泡吸足了汁液,入味极了。

 【豆腐泡塞肉】
用料:
1:瘦猪肉馅150克;
2:葱1根洗净切葱花,姜末1/2茶匙,盐1/3茶匙,生粉2茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,香油1茶匙,水2大匙;
3:豆腐泡一包140克;
4:橄榄油1大匙,葱花1.5大匙,姜2-3片;
5:万字牌生抽酱油 1大匙,草菇老抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,糖1茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,水1杯;
6:香油1茶匙。

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、所有1料和2料放入一盆(图1),用一双筷子顺一个方向搅拌至少100下,至馅上劲(图2)。

2、豆腐泡用食指轻轻戳一个洞,塞入大约1.5茶匙的肉馅(图3)。

3、不粘锅加1大匙油,置炉上开大火,放入4料的葱花和姜片炒香(图4),再放入豆腐泡翻炒大约1分钟(图5)。

4、依次加入所有的5料(图6),调中火盖上盖子煮10分钟,然后打开盖,煮至汁浓,放入1茶匙香油兜匀出锅。
