【豆腐泡塞肉】

相信大家小时候常吃的一道菜就有豆腐泡塞肉，那时餐桌不丰盛，下饭的菜肴很受欢迎。豆腐泡本身没味道，但里面塞了猪肉馅，豆腐泡吸足了汁液，入味极了。
1：瘦猪肉馅150克；
2：葱1根洗净切葱花，姜末1/2茶匙，盐1/3茶匙，生粉2茶匙，白胡椒粉1/8茶匙，香油1茶匙，水2大匙；
3：豆腐泡一包140克；
4：橄榄油1大匙，葱花1.5大匙，姜2-3片；
5：万字牌生抽酱油 1大匙，草菇老抽酱油1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，糖1茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，水1杯；
6：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、所有1料和2料放入一盆（图1），用一双筷子顺一个方向搅拌至少100下，至馅上劲（图2）。
2、豆腐泡用食指轻轻戳一个洞，塞入大约1.5茶匙的肉馅（图3）。
4、依次加入所有的5料（图6），调中火盖上盖子煮10分钟，然后打开盖，煮至汁浓，放入1茶匙香油兜匀出锅。
