【酱炒肉丝】

这个菜简单易做,很下饭的菜。

 【酱炒肉丝】

用料:
1:里脊肉400克,盐1/2茶匙,生粉1大匙,水4大匙;
2:橄榄油2大匙,葱3条洗净切丝,姜3克切丝,豆酱1大匙;
3:料酒1茶匙,糖1/2茶匙,生抽酱油2茶匙,头抽酱油1大匙。

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、前一天肉切丝,加所有剩余1料,抓捏均匀(图1),保湿冰箱过夜。这样肉丝会很嫩。
2、不粘锅,加2大匙油,置炉上开大中火,炒香2料里的姜丝和一半葱花及豆酱(图2),下肉丝翻炒至8成熟(图3)。

3、依次放入3料,炒至汁浓(图4)肉丝刚熟,兜匀出锅。
