【雪豆三文鱼片】

烤三文鱼吃腻了，做了这个炒鱼片，也很不错。
用料:
1：三文鱼片300（Filet），生粉2茶匙，盐1/3茶匙，厨酒1茶匙，水2茶匙；
2：雪豆350克，红柿子椒半个135克；
3：橄榄油2大匙，蒜蓉1大匙，蒜苗花1.5大匙；
4：鱼露1大匙，糖1/3茶匙，盐1/3茶匙，黑胡椒1/3茶匙；
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、鱼切3毫米片，加所有剩余1料拌匀（图1），静置15分钟。雪豆撕去两头洗净切段，红柿子椒去仔洗净切小块备用。
2、不粘锅，加1.5大匙油，置炉上开大中火，下鱼片轻轻翻炒几下（图2），炒至鱼片7-8成熟捞出。
3、原锅加0.5大匙油，大火炒香3料里的蒜蓉，蒜苗花（图3），下雪豆和柿子椒块翻炒几下（图4），依次加入4料，炒至雪豆断生，放入炒好的鱼片兜匀即可出锅。
