【高升虾】

朋友送来了一大袋Costco买的带壳白虾，我借鉴高升排骨的做法，做了这个高升虾，很浓厚入味，毛毛吃了好多个。
用料:
1：冰冻白虾550克；
2：橄榄油1大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉1茶匙，姜3-4片；
3：厨酒1茶匙，醋2茶匙，糖3茶匙，生抽2茶匙，头抽2茶匙，水5茶匙，白胡椒粉1/6茶匙，盐1/4茶匙；
4：香油1茶匙，葱花1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、白虾（买来时已去肠泥）洗净沥水。不粘锅置炉上开大中火，加1大匙油，放入葱花、蒜蓉和姜片炒香（图1），再放入虾（图2），炒至七八成熟。
