【烤鸡腿】

简单味美【烤鸡腿】

这个烤鸡腿简单易做,是我们家毛毛的新头好。

 【烤鸡腿】

用料:
1:鸡腿一盒 10根,洗净沥水待用;
2:蒜蓉1大匙,1/4茶匙十三香粉,厨酒2茶匙,生抽酱油2大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,糖1茶匙,盐3/4茶匙,香油2茶匙,香叶bay leaves 3片。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、将所有调味2料放入一塑料袋里(图1),然后放入鸡腿,封口后混合均匀(图2),放冰箱里冷藏腌2天,中间时时翻翻身。

2、烤盘铺上烤盘纸,放上腌好的鸡腿(图3)。

3、放入预热至375F/190摄氏度的烤箱内,烤30-45分钟即可。

    Can I get rid of the chicken skin first then use your recipe? Would that be less flavorful?

      最好不要,烤完了,如果不想吃鸡皮,可以不吃。
