【照烧鸡】

在Costco买到去皮去骨的鸡腿肉,做了这个照烧鸡,健康又好味。
用料:
1:去皮去骨的鸡腿肉5块450克;
2:橄榄油1大匙,姜2-3片,蒜3-4瓣拍碎;
3:米酒1.5大匙,头抽酱油 1大匙, 生抽酱油1大匙,盐1/4茶匙,糖1.5大匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,水1.5大匙;
4:香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、抽掉鸡肉里面的细小血管,洗净后用纸巾擦干,一切两半(图1)。不粘锅加1大匙橄榄油,置炉上开大中火,放入鸡肉,先煎2分钟(图2)。
2、鸡肉翻转一面,加2料里的姜片和蒜瓣同煎2分钟(图3),依次放入所有3料煮滚(图4)。
3、煮至汁浓稠,下1茶匙香油,拌匀离火出锅即可。
这个方子好。照烧就是teriyaki 吧
