【家常烧排骨】

今天做了这个家常烧排骨,用的是葡萄醋,非常受儿子毛毛的喜爱。
用料:
1:猪小排900克;
2:橄榄油1大匙,葱2条洗净切段,姜2-3片,大料1粒,丁香2粒;
3:厨酒1大匙,老头抽酱油1大匙,生抽酱油1大匙,盐1/2茶匙,糖2茶匙,葡萄醋1.5茶匙,水1.5杯。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、将排骨背面的筋膜撕掉(图1),排骨切开洗净,放入开水中烫2分钟,取出洗净待用。
2、不粘锅加1大匙橄榄油,置炉上开大中火,炒香所有2料(图2),然后放入排骨翻炒1-2分钟(图3)。
3、依次放入所有3料煮滚(图4),再调中小火焖煮1小时。
4、开大中火收汁煮至汁浓稠(图5),离火出锅即可。
