【Gooey chocolate cranberry squares】

One bite of these rich and yummy squares will make everyone asking for the recipe, great for pot lucks and bake sales.
Ingredients:
Crust:
1:1/2C(105g) sugar, 1/3t salt, 1&1/2C (240g) all purpose flour;
2:1/2C(105g)butter, softened;
3:1/4C(58g) milk;
Topping:
4:1&2/3C(350g)sugar, 1/2C unsweetened cocoa powder (48g),2T all purpose flour(23g);
5:1C(239g)milk, 3T (45g) condensed milk,2t vanilla extract;
6:3 eggs,beaten;
7:1/4C(56g)butter) melted, 1C(130g) dry cranberry.
note: 1 Tablespoon=1T=15ml, 1t=5ml=1 Teaspoon, 1C=240ml。
Directions:
1、Crust:Preheat oven to 340F (370 oC). In a large bowl combined all ingredient list under ingredient 1(Picture1), cut butter in to cubes and work with your fingers or a pastry blender, work butter into flour until the mixture starts to clump. Add milk and stir with a fork (Picture2),drop mixture evenly into bottom of a 8×12 inch glass baking pan. With floured fingers, press dough evenly and ¼ inch up sides(Picture3).
2、Bake at 340F (370 oC) for 15 minutes. While the crust is baking, prepare topping.
3、Topping: In another bowl, whisk together all ingredient 4(Picture4), add milk (Picture5)and beat at low speed until combined. Add eggs and beat until well mixed(Picture6).
4、Add dry cranberry(Picture7),mix well. Pour over hot crust and spread evenly(Picture8). Bake for another 28 minutes until topping is evenly puffed and center jiggles just slightly when pan I moved. Let cool completely on a rack and cut into squares before serving 。
