【香煎鱼片】

北美的孩子对吃带刺的鱼多数都不行,毛毛也是不喜欢带刺的鱼,但无刺的鱼柳很对他的胃口,稍微煎煎就可上桌的。
用料:
1:鳕鱼柳(Cod fillet)500克,用水稍稍冲洗后,沥水备用;
2:盐1/2茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,厨酒2茶匙,蒜末1大匙,生粉1.5大匙;
3:面粉1/2杯;
4:玉米油3大匙。

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、将鱼横切成4厘米宽片,放入一小盆里,然后放入所有2料(图1)拌匀,腌30分钟(图2)。
2、不粘锅加3大匙油,置炉上开大中火。1/2杯面粉放入一塑料袋里,再放入腌好的鱼片,袋口封住抖匀,让鱼片均匀沾上面粉(图3)。抖掉多余面粉放入油里(图4),煎黄一面,大约4-5分钟。
3、翻转煎黄另一面(图5),就可以盛出入盘子上桌了。吃的时候也可配番茄酱或者美乃滋蛋黄酱。
