【香烤薯块】

哇,香烤薯块简直太香太好吃啦,谁还会去买烤薯条啊。
用料:
1:中号土豆4个(660克);
2:橄榄油3大匙,蒜蓉4茶匙,盐1茶匙,黑胡椒1/4茶匙;
3:1/3茶匙干百里香(thyme),1/3茶匙干迷迭香(rosemary ), 1/3茶匙干牛至(oregano),1/2茶匙辣椒粉(paprika )。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、预热烤箱至420F/215摄氏度。土豆削掉皮洗净沥水,沿长轴对半切开,然后再剖成3-4长条(图1)。
2、将土豆条及所有2料和3料放入一塑料袋里(图2),封紧塑料袋口,摇晃袋子让土豆条均匀都沾上调味料(图3)。
3、将土豆条放到铺了烤盘纸的烤盘上(图4),放入预热至420F/215摄氏度的烤箱里,烤30分钟至土豆表面金黄熟透即可,趁热食好美味。
