最简单的【葱丝炒鸡蛋】

这是个再简单不过的菜了,可以拿来下粥,或用烧饼夹着当早餐,都是很好的选择。
用料:
1:葱1根,洗净待用;
2:鸡蛋2只;
3:盐1/3茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,鸡粉1/8茶匙,水1大匙;
4:橄榄油1大匙,香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、将葱先切寸段,然后切成细丝(图1),放入一小盆里,然后放入鸡蛋和所有3料(图2),用叉子打散打匀待用(图3)。
2、不粘锅,加橄榄油和香油,置炉上开大中火,油热后放入蛋汁(图4),看底部开始凝固后,用铲子轻轻翻炒。
3、炒至蛋液刚刚凝固,就可以盛出入盘子上桌了。
我家小伙子嘴挑,不肯吃我爸炒的鸡蛋,但是我炒的是抢来吃的。借毛毛妈的宝地分享一下我的办法。平时蒸肉蒸鸡的汤汁留一点点,或者是鸡皮鸡脚熬汤去油,炒鸡蛋的时候在蛋液里放两勺代替味精。加一点点湿淀粉,蛋液里加了盐要过一会儿再炒,让盐有时间融化。加了湿淀粉的鸡蛋炒起来特别嫩。值得试试。
