多滋味-【鱼香豆腐】

亲们一定要试试这个鱼香豆腐,滋味浓厚,集咸甜酸微辣诸多滋味于一体,下饭非常好吃。

鱼香豆腐F1 【鱼香豆腐】
用料:
1:老豆腐一盒700克;
2:干黑木耳7朵,泡软洗净,开水里煮2分钟后切小片;
3:橄榄油2.5大匙,红油1大匙,泡辣椒1大匙斩茸,蒜蓉4茶匙,葱花1大匙,姜蓉1大匙;
4:盐2/3茶匙;
5:调味汁:厨酒1大匙,米醋2大匙, 糖2.5大匙,生抽酱油 1大匙,头抽酱油1.5茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,淀粉1大匙,事先放入一小碗中拌匀。

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法:
1、 豆腐冲洗后沥水,横剖成3等厚片,再对角切三角型待用(图1)。不粘锅加2大匙橄榄油,置炉上开大火,放入豆腐两面煎黄(图3),盛出待用。

2、 原锅置炉上开中大火,加0.5大匙橄榄油和1大匙红油,下泡椒炒1分钟(图4),然后下蒜蓉、葱花和姜蓉炒香(图5),放入黑木耳片和煎好的豆腐块(图6)以及2/3茶匙盐,轻轻翻炒1分钟。

3、下拌好的5料调味汁(图7),轻轻翻炒几下至汁浓出锅。配上一碗米饭,那真叫幸福。
