用料:
1:冰冻白虾仁454克,生粉1/2茶匙,盐1/2茶匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙, 香油1/2茶匙;
2:6条小嫩黄瓜(650克),盐1/2茶匙;
3:黄,紫,白胡萝卜各一小根(共160克),盐1/4茶匙;

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻,去壳去肠洗净,放入一碗里,加所有剩余1料(图3)拌匀,静置10分钟。小黄瓜去皮洗净对半切开再切片(图1),放一碗中,加盐1/2茶匙拌匀腌10分钟。胡萝卜也去皮洗净切片(图2),放一碗中,加盐1/4茶匙拌匀腌10分钟,待用.
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,按开关键预热后,放入虾仁(图4). 盖上锅盖,用Function键选Stirfry,程序结束盛出虾仁待用。
3、锅里再加1.5大匙辣椒油,放入葱花,蒜蓉,姜蓉,及花椒粉(图5),盖上锅盖,用Function键再选Stirfry程序,3秒后程序自动进行,再按-键减少时间到1.5分钟。
4、黄瓜胡萝卜泌去水放一大碗中,将将炒香的葱花,蒜蓉,姜及油,倒入(图6),拌匀。再放入所有5料及炒好的虾仁及花生拌匀即可。
