【土豆烧牛肉】

用料:
1:牛腩肉或牛腱1250克;
2:中号土豆2个440克,橄榄油2大匙;
3:橄榄油 2大匙,葱2条洗净切段,姜3-4片;八角一粒,丁香2粒;
4:生抽酱油2大匙,头抽酱油1.5大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,红糖2大匙.
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、牛肉切小块清水泡30分钟,捞出沥水待用。土豆去皮切块待用。不粘锅置炉上开大火,放入2料的葱段,姜片,八角,丁香(图1)及1.5大匙橄榄油,放入牛肉(图2)煸炒,至水蒸干肉有焦香味。
2、依次加入4料(图3)。如果想快点可以将牛肉及汁水倒入电压力锅内胆里,盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【高压煮】档30分钟。如果直接再炉子上煮,加2杯水煮滚,调中小火焖煮1.5小时,间中搅拌几下。
3、等待煮牛肉的时候,【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,放入平底内锅,按开关键预热。然后加2大匙油,放入土豆块(图4),盖上锅盖,用Function键选Panfry,3秒后程序自动进行,再按+键增加时间到6分钟,程序自动进行。
4、程序结束,打开盖子翻转一面(图5),盖上锅盖,用Function键再选Panfry程序。重复步骤4煎好其余3面待用(图6)。
5、将煎好的土豆倒入焖煮1.5小时的牛肉里,中小火煮10分钟,然后大火收汁即可。
