【土豆烧鸡翅】

烧这个鸡翅放点意大利葡萄醋将鸡肉的鲜味都提起了,小土豆糯糯的入味,很受欢迎的一道菜。
用料:
1:鸡翼中段或上段22个,小土豆15个;
2:香菇10粒,黑木耳15朵;
3:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱1根洗净切段,姜1小块10克切片;
4:意大利葡萄醋1大匙,红糖1.5大匙,老抽酱油 1大匙,生抽酱油 1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,盐3/4茶匙,水1.25杯;
5:香油1茶匙(可以不放)。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、早上上班前将香菇黑木耳放冷水中泡软,下午下班后洗净待用。小土豆削皮冲水后每个切4等份(图1)待用。
2、不粘锅加1.5大匙橄榄油,置炉上开大火,放入葱花及姜片炒约1分钟,然后放入鸡翼(图2)炒至外皮有些微黄,有香味溢出(图3)。
3、放入香菇及黑木耳(图4)翻炒1分钟,然后放入所有4料(图5)煮滚,然后盖上盖子,调中小火煮20分钟,间中翻一翻。
4、放入土豆块拌匀再盖上盖子,中小火煮15分钟,间中翻一翻.
5、然后调大中火,打开盖子,煮至汁浓稠,下1茶匙香油拌匀离火出锅即可。真的好好吃。
