【土豆烧鸡翅】

烧这个鸡翅放点意大利葡萄醋将鸡肉的鲜味都提起了，小土豆糯糯的入味，很受欢迎的一道菜。
用料:
1：鸡翼中段或上段22个，小土豆15个；
2：香菇10粒，黑木耳15朵；
3：橄榄油1.5大匙，葱1根洗净切段，姜1小块10克切片；
4：意大利葡萄醋1大匙，红糖1.5大匙，老抽酱油 1大匙，生抽酱油 1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，盐3/4茶匙，水1.25杯；
5：香油1茶匙（可以不放）。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、早上上班前将香菇黑木耳放冷水中泡软，下午下班后洗净待用。小土豆削皮冲水后每个切4等份（图1）待用。
2、不粘锅加1.5大匙橄榄油，置炉上开大火，放入葱花及姜片炒约1分钟，然后放入鸡翼（图2）炒至外皮有些微黄，有香味溢出（图3）。
3、放入香菇及黑木耳（图4）翻炒1分钟，然后放入所有4料（图5）煮滚，然后盖上盖子，调中小火煮20分钟，间中翻一翻。
4、放入土豆块拌匀再盖上盖子，中小火煮15分钟，间中翻一翻.
5、然后调大中火，打开盖子，煮至汁浓稠，下1茶匙香油拌匀离火出锅即可。真的好好吃。
