墨鱼大烤

墨鱼大烤是宁波菜,“烤”是宁波话,用小火慢慢地烧至肉质酥烂的意思。这个菜也是我们家大小都喜欢的,今天又做了。
用料:
1:冰冻墨鱼1只(750克),化冻后,洗净撕去外膜沥水备用。
2:水1杯,绍酒1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,金兰老抽酱油2大匙,鱼露 2大匙,糖2茶匙,八角一粒,桂皮一小块,丁香2粒,红曲米1茶匙,香油1大匙。
3:葱1根切段,姜片5片。
做法:
1、锅里放入锅里放入2和3料,置炉上开大火煮滚,然后调中火放入洗净的墨鱼,煮滚。
