做法：
炒锅加大半锅水放入葱段，姜3片和绍酒1大匙，置炉上开大火煮滚，调小火放入洗净的墨鱼划散，烫熟墨鱼（大概1分钟）捞出沥水。另起锅加菜油或橄榄油1大匙，炒香蒜蓉，姜末和辣椒末，关火后倒入所有的剩余4料拌匀成汁，淋到煮好的墨鱼上，拌匀即可食用。
