每次打电话给我老妈闲聊,最后总会说我是中年人了,要好好保养,保持健康的身体。这款用 快煲电压力锅慢锅功能煲的桂圆银耳莲子羹,好滋润呢。
用料:
1:干银耳2朵;
2:干莲子一袋120克;
3:干桂圆肉一大把50克;
4:水适量,糖3/4-1杯。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、干银耳加半盆水泡4-5小时至软(图1),洗净撕成小朵, 干莲子水冲洗洗备用。
2、晚上睡觉前,将泡好的银耳及莲子桂圆干放入 电压力锅内锅里,加水到9杯线。加盖选慢锅档(Slow Cook),调8小时,启动程序。你可以去睡美容觉了。
3、早晨,放气减压打开盖(图3),放上糖3/4-1杯调味就可以了。很粘稠,味美。
