【小芋头油饭】

家里买的小芋头特别好,做了这个小芋头油饭,用了一半糯米,味道超好,全家人都喜欢。我用InstantPot做很快捷。
1:干香菇15粒,干贝1/4杯, 白油肠2根;
2:小芋头2个,大约250克;
3:葱花2大匙;
4:牛头长米1.5杯,圆糯米1.5杯;
5:牛油果油 1大匙;
6:盐1茶匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙,生抽酱油2大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油2大匙,水3.5杯;
7:葱花1大匙;
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、提前(上班前)将香菇和干贝水里泡软,(下班后)洗净香菇切片(图1),干贝冲洗沥水,香肠切片(图2)小芋头去皮洗净,切小丁,待用。
2、新款电压力锅内胆里,放1大匙油,按【煎炒Sauté】键,选高温档。放入1-3料(图3),炒几分钟至香(图4).
3、然后米冲洗沥水后放入锅里,再放入小芋头丁,及所有6料(图5)。盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【煮饭Rice】档。
4、【煮饭】程序完成,等2分钟,再放气打开盖子,放入1大匙葱花拌匀就可以了。
