这次回国在弟弟家，看到桌上瓶花生，颜色暗暗的不是很诱人。弟妹说姐姐，你尝尝我做的五香花生，结果就拿起一粒，真是香脆可口。方子让弟妹邮寄了过来，正好LD买了包生杏仁回家（比熟杏仁便宜），如法炮制了五香杏仁，很香脆，大家不妨试试。
用料:
1：生杏仁500克，盐3/4茶匙，五香粉1/2茶匙；
2：细盐一盒1000克；
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、生杏仁500克放一盆里，倒入才烧开的水没过杏仁烫1分钟（图1）。沥水后拌入1料里的盐和五香粉（图2）腌30分钟。
2、铁锅置炉上开中火火，放入细盐炒热（图3），然后倒入腌好的杏仁（图4），中火炒至杏仁熟（图5），大约10-11分钟。
3、离火后倒入漏盆里（图6），颠簸漏盆将盐完全分离开，杏仁冷后就可以吃了。吃不完的五香杏仁装干净玻璃瓶冰箱冷藏。炒盐可以收集起来下次再用。
