【干烧酱茄子】

用料:
1：长条茄子4根620克；
2：橄榄油 1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙，葱花1大匙，姜2-3片，甜面酱1大匙，辣豆瓣酱1大匙；
3：盐1/2 茶匙；
4：生抽酱油2茶匙，头抽酱油2茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，白胡椒粉1/6茶匙；
5： 香油 1/2茶匙；
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、茄子去蒂洗净，横切3等长段，再竖切成6等长条（图1），放到盐水里浸泡一下，沥水待用。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热，加1大匙匙牛油果油到炒锅里，放入葱花、蒜蓉、姜片，甜面酱及豆瓣酱（图2）。再放入茄条及3料里的盐（图3），盖上锅盖。用Function键选Manual再按下Stir键，程序自动进行（图4）。
3、等第一次程序结束后，打开盖子（图5），放入所有调味料4料，盖上锅盖，再用Function键选Manual再按下Stir键。
4、4分钟后程序完成，打开盖子放1/2茶匙香油，按下Toss。15秒钟后Toss程序完成，将菜倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
