【干烧酱茄子】

今天用【RoPot自动炒菜机】,做的干烧酱茄子,味道不错。做起来也方便简单,用手动+搅拌功能2次8分钟。想要这个自动炒菜机到 Ropot website 购买,用Maomaomom88优惠券有$30的折扣。
用料:
1:长条茄子4根620克;
2:橄榄油 1大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,葱花1大匙,姜2-3片,甜面酱1大匙,辣豆瓣酱1大匙;
3:盐1/2 茶匙;
4:生抽酱油2茶匙,头抽酱油2茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,白胡椒粉1/6茶匙;
5: 香油 1/2茶匙;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、茄子去蒂洗净,横切3等长段,再竖切成6等长条(图1),放到盐水里浸泡一下,沥水待用。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,按开关键预热,加1大匙匙牛油果油到炒锅里,放入葱花、蒜蓉、姜片,甜面酱及豆瓣酱(图2)。再放入茄条及3料里的盐(图3),盖上锅盖。用Function键选Manual再按下Stir键,程序自动进行(图4)。
3、等第一次程序结束后,打开盖子(图5),放入所有调味料4料,盖上锅盖,再用Function键选Manual再按下Stir键。
4、4分钟后程序完成,打开盖子放1/2茶匙香油,按下Toss。15秒钟后Toss程序完成,将菜倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
