用料:
1:鸡翼或上段20个;
2:牛油果油1大匙,葱花2大匙,姜片3-4片,花椒一粒,丁香2粒;

3、等程序结束后,打开盖子,放入所有3料(图2),盖上盖子,用Function键选Stew,等3秒钟倒计时结束,再按-键将时间减到15分钟,程序自动进行。
4、等程序结束后,用Function键选Braise,等3秒钟倒计时结束,再按-键将时间减到8分钟,程序自动进行(图3)。
5、等程序结束后(最后2分钟注意观察,只要汤汁收干,油逼出就行),打开盖子(图4),盛出来就可以上桌了。
