【干煸四季豆】

用料:
1:四季豆680克;
2:牛油果油 1.5大匙;
3:葱花1.5大匙,蒜蓉1大匙;
4:头抽酱油1.5大匙,生抽酱油1大匙,鸡粉 1/4茶匙, 1/4 茶匙盐.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、四季豆择去两端,洗净沥水,切段待用(图1)。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fry”然后点“Start”预热,放入四季豆和1.5大匙油拌匀(图2),盖上锅盖(图3)让程序自动进行。
3、程序进行到一半,打开盖子(图4)搅拌几下,放所有3和4料(图5)拌匀。盖上锅盖,让程序进行。
4、等还有2分钟时,再打开盖子(图6)搅拌几下,等程序完成就可以盛出来了。
