【干煸蒜苔】

用料:
1：蒜苔2把380克；
2：牛油果油 1大匙；
3：葱花1大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙；
４：1/3 茶匙盐；
５：头抽酱油1大匙，鸡粉 1/4茶匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、蒜苔洗净沥水，切段待用。
2、【AirGo】插上电源，放入1大匙油及葱花和蒜蓉（图1），盖上锅盖。用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及7分钟，点“Start”预热。
3、预热完成后，打开盖子放入蒜苔及盐1/3茶匙（图２），用锅铲拌匀，盖上盖子。程序进行到一半，打开盖子，放入剩余5料（图3）搅拌几下，盖上锅盖，让程序进行。
4、等还有2分钟时，再打开盖子（图4）搅拌几下，等程序完成就可以盛出来了。
