【干煸蒜苔】

用料:
1:蒜苔2把380克;
2:牛油果油 1大匙;
3:葱花1大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙;
4:1/3 茶匙盐;
5:头抽酱油1大匙,鸡粉 1/4茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、蒜苔洗净沥水,切段待用。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,放入1大匙油及葱花和蒜蓉(图1),盖上锅盖。用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及7分钟,点“Start”预热。
3、预热完成后,打开盖子放入蒜苔及盐1/3茶匙(图2),用锅铲拌匀,盖上盖子。程序进行到一半,打开盖子,放入剩余5料(图3)搅拌几下,盖上锅盖,让程序进行。
4、等还有2分钟时,再打开盖子(图4)搅拌几下,等程序完成就可以盛出来了。
