【干煸豆角】

闺密送的豆角特别嫩,今天用【RoPot自动炒菜机】,做了这个干煸豆角,味道不错。做起来也方便简单,用Saute爆炒功能2次7分钟。想要这个自动炒菜机到 Ropot website 购买,用Maomaomom88优惠券有$30的折扣。
用料:
1:豆角550克;
2:橄榄油1大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,葱花1大匙,;
3:盐1/2 茶匙;
4:生抽酱油2茶匙,头抽酱油2茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙;
5: 香油 1/2茶匙;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、扁豆摘去两头,洗净切寸段待用
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,按开关键预热,加1大匙匙牛油果油到炒锅里,放入葱花,蒜蓉(图1)及豆角(图2)。再放入3料里的盐,盖上锅盖。用Function键选Saute,程序自动进行(图3)。
3、等第一次程序结束后,打开盖子,放入所有调味料4料(图4),盖上锅盖,再用Function键选Saute,3秒种倒计时完成程序开始,再按+键增加1分钟。
4、4分钟后程序完成,打开盖子放1/2茶匙香油,按下Toss。15秒钟后Toss程序完成,将菜倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
