【干煸豆角】

用料:
1：豆角550克；
2：橄榄油1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙，葱花1大匙，；
3：盐1/2 茶匙；
4：生抽酱油2茶匙，头抽酱油2茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙；
5： 香油 1/2茶匙；
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、扁豆摘去两头，洗净切寸段待用
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热，加1大匙匙牛油果油到炒锅里，放入葱花，蒜蓉（图1）及豆角（图2）。再放入3料里的盐，盖上锅盖。用Function键选Saute，程序自动进行（图3）。
3、等第一次程序结束后，打开盖子，放入所有调味料4料（图4），盖上锅盖，再用Function键选Saute，3秒种倒计时完成程序开始，再按+键增加1分钟。
4、4分钟后程序完成，打开盖子放1/2茶匙香油，按下Toss。15秒钟后Toss程序完成，将菜倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
