【干豆角烧排骨】

在国内淘宝网上买了包干豆角带回来,今天用它做了干豆角烧排骨,真好吃。领导说下次回去,要多买几包。今天用电压力锅煮的,很方便快捷.
用料:
1:猪小排或肋排850克;
2:干豆角半包125克;
3:橄榄油1大匙,葱1根切段,姜10克切片,八角2粒;
4: 生抽酱油 1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,盐1/2茶匙,红糖1大匙;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、提前将干豆角用冷水泡软(图1),洗净切寸段。将排骨切开用温水洗净,沥水待用. 电压力锅选【煎炒Sauté】档,放橄榄油1大匙,炒香葱姜和八角丁香,然后放入洗净的排骨(图2)翻炒2-3分钟。
3、依次放入所有4料拌匀,再放入切段的长豆角拌匀(图3),加盖选【手动Manual】档23分钟,启动程序。
4、电压力锅完成程序后,等5分钟,放气减压打开盖子,用勺子轻轻拌匀(图4),即可上桌了。
