【干豆角烧排骨】

在国内淘宝网上买了包干豆角带回来，今天用它做了干豆角烧排骨，真好吃。领导说下次回去，要多买几包。今天用电压力锅煮的，很方便快捷.
用料:
1：猪小排或肋排850克；
2：干豆角半包125克；
3：橄榄油1大匙，葱1根切段，姜10克切片，八角2粒；
4： 生抽酱油 1大匙，老抽酱油1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，盐1/2茶匙，红糖1大匙；
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、提前将干豆角用冷水泡软（图1），洗净切寸段。将排骨切开用温水洗净，沥水待用. 电压力锅选【煎炒Sauté】档，放橄榄油1大匙，炒香葱姜和八角丁香，然后放入洗净的排骨（图2）翻炒2-3分钟。
3、依次放入所有4料拌匀，再放入切段的长豆角拌匀（图3），加盖选【手动Manual】档23分钟，启动程序。
4、电压力锅完成程序后，等5分钟，放气减压打开盖子，用勺子轻轻拌匀（图4），即可上桌了。
