3:绍酒1大匙,糖1.5大匙,万字牌生抽酱油1.5大匙,金兰老抽1.5大,甜面酱3大匙,盐1/4 茶匙,水5大匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、排骨沿骨缝切开,开水里烫煮1-2分钟(图1),沥水冲洗干净。
2、 快煲电压力锅,放入所有2和3料(图2),然后放入排骨(图3),加盖选手动档(Manual),30分钟,开煮(图4)。你可以走开去做别的事,真是很方便。
3、快煲电压力锅完成程序后,会响一下提示。我一般再等15分钟,放气减压打开盖(图5),捞出排骨到一大碗中。
4、剩余汤汁倒入小锅里(图6),置炉上,大火收汁至只有原汤汁的四分之一,将浓汁倒在排骨上,就可以上桌了。
